SInce PERQ has the ability to follow up on leads for all ILSs you choose, we built in flexibility for a property to turn up or down lead volume by adjusting our lead delivery criteria settings. Simply put, our configurations allow for you to increase lead volume by changing the lead qualification criteria; more stringent criteria delivers less leads, more loose criteria settings deliver more leads.

This works by changing the definition used to pass any leads that are conversation qualified— meaning they’re open to a conversation but have not explicitly asked for a tour. Or you could ask that only those that request a tour be passed on or for every renter with a certain rental window be passed on as a lead for leasing agent follow up. The choice is yours and we make it easy for you to experiment with different options until you get it just the way you need it.
