The Assistant is not NLG (natural language generation), meaning it cannot generate language on it’s own. Rather, it is set up with the exact human-provided language that you want in place to be in compliance with regulations or how you prefer to present information. It will not operate outside of these constraints and it will never present a response that you haven’t approved.

As intelligent as it is, NLP and AI are not flawless. And, it doesn’t need to be. If you’re being transparent that the answers are coming from technology and not a human, then the renter isn’t expecting perfection. What they are expecting is as much information as they can get as quickly as they can get it. And, if the technology does not have the answer, then they expect an elegant handoff to a human teammate who has the information at hand to answer the question.
