How to include attachments in emails

Learn how to add attachments to your emails and email templates in PERQ CRM.

Emails sent from PERQ CRM mobile and desktop now have the option to include attachments.

To include an attachment in an email template:

  • Open the email template

  • Click the "+ Attachment" button. (see image below)

  • Select your attachment

To include an attachment in an email to a contact:

  • Open the contact record

  • Click on the email icon and select the template

  • Click on the "Add Attachment" button

  • Select the attachment - attachments can either be uploaded or chosen from that contact's record.
