How to sort contacts by last contact date

Sort your contacts by last contact at date to see who still needs to to followed-up with.

Do you want to see if all of last week’s new deals have been contacted yet? Now you can!

Step 1:

  • Filter your contacts by going to the filter menus, then Deal Filters and select Created Date. For example, if you want to see leads from the last week, select 7 days.

Step 2:

  • Sort your contact list by Last Contacted At. To see the leads at the top who have yet to be contacted, select descending.
