The conversion section of Google Analytics helps you track the goals you have for your website. An example would be how your property likely has a business goal related to occupancy. While Google Analytics can’t help you track occupancy, it can help you track website-specific goals that contribute to your overall goal of improving occupancy. Currently, you may already have goals setup for your website - such as phone leads, or online lease applications. When a website visitor completes a goal, Google calls that a conversion.
