While PERQ is a tool for rental prospects, it’s common to see residents engage with PERQ in the first 90 days of going live. Oftentimes, residents have gone online to pay rent, and they’re just curious! After 90 days, you should start to see resident activity decrease. Some communities will also find residents engaging with PERQ when it’s time for a renewal.
If resident behavior is impacting your team, talk to your client success coordinator about creating a resident field in the rental timeline field to help filter out resident “leads.”
