Fees are typically set to match the information available on your website and confirmed during go-live calls. If you plan to make changes to your fees, reach out to your client success coordinator to let them know. Requests for fee changes typically are complete in 1-2 business days.
PERQ defines fees to be anything your property charges that is NOT included in rent, such as application fees, pet fees, pet rent, trash collection, etc. Rent is either scraped from the property website, or updated using a PERQ integration. Please see our FAQ on updating rent for more information.
