When you’re following up with customers day in and day out, it can be easy to let last month’s unresponsive contacts pile up at the bottom of your contact list – kind of like those holiday leftovers making their way to the back corner of your refrigerator.

When you turn on auto-closing deals in PERQ CRM, you’ll automate daily contact clean-up for your entire team based on your set number of inactive days – making it easier for your team to find and follow-up with your most recent and responsive leads.

Interested? Here’s how to turn it on:

1. Navigate to System Operations

2. Scroll down to Contact Manager

3. Check the box for “Auto-close deals after a period of no activity” and set the number of inactive days before you want deals to auto-close.
